This security methodology is designed to address the unique challenges posed by the construction of
large water supply feeders in Dhaka. We recognize the significance of maintaining a secure
environment for its personnel and assets during the project execution.

2 Risk Assessment and Threat Analysis

Dhaka City being a densely populated urban center, presents specific security challenges, including:

 High population density and traffic congestion.


 Potential for civil unrest and public gatherings.
 Localized crime and petty theft.

2.2 Security Plan


Considering the Dhaka-specific challenges, the Security Plan will emphasize:

 Collaborative efforts with local law enforcement for traffic management.


 Enhanced measures for crowd control during construction phases.
 Coordination with local authorities to address crime prevention.

3 General Security Organization

3.1 Roles and Responsibilities


The designated Security Officer for the Dhaka project will play a pivotal role, including:
