Question #1. What are those learning materials that you have utilized in your
class? Can you name those learning materials in EAPP?
-Actually, we should say in EAPP aside from power point presentation, so far, for now
I’m only having since beginning paman sa first quarter, sometimes PowerPoint and also
printed materials.
Are you using ADM modules mam from other regions?
-In previous but in this school year, not
How about the Learning Activity Sheets (LAS) mam from our division, are you
using it mam?
-also not sir kay I think from our division incomplete man gud ang mga activities.
Question #2: Can you describe those learning materials in EAPP in terms of:
2.1 Content
2.2 Activities
2.3 Assessment
2.4 Language used.
-So far, ang content niya sir is more basic in which mas kaya ng level ng learners
because the reason also why I’m not using ADM is that , so the measurement is coming
from the learners, so since we have to contextualized depending on the level of
understanding sa learner, that’s why I am more using the basic because in their level in
this place jud.
How about for the activities mam?
– simpler, ano siya sir inductive, I start with basic to complex
May I know also mam for the assessment?
-So far ano lang pud, depending on levels na nacatch-up nila from the level
What type of assessment did you use in your class mam?
-Kuan paper-pencil, and anyway maka ano man gud sila they can go through man pod
sa oral but more on ano sila paper pencil because in their, in the part of the student they
are not really good in analyzing man gud sir
Last one mam is on the language used.
- for the materials I am actually using English but when delivered, vernacular

particular module. What are your observation mam?
-Ano there were, the last, in terms of language sir there were terms na too broad in
which even teachers would really have to research first what does it mean, what are
they trying to imply, how much more on the part of the students.
Question #3: What measures have you taken in selecting the learning resources
in EAPP?
-Basically, sir level of learners.

-on my part it was in my observation from the previous until now because if I will enforce
to them kung gamiton nako ang level, mas lisod, but so far, sa ginagamit namo its more
effective para sa ilaha
Question # 4 Do you think these measures were effective? Why or why not?
-Yes,
May I know the reason behind mam why it is effective?
-Because ano man sir, because it is easier for the learners to cope up nga ang mga
lessons na mga lessons nga akong gigamit ato morag naka unified or higher level ang
pagka construct, standard kumbaga
Question # 5: In a new normal education, can you describe the challenges that
you encountered on the utilization of different materials in EAPP in terms of:

-So far sir, a lot of challenges, first kung ang mga modules ang basihan like what I’ve
said earlier, terms, there were terms that are very unfamiliar to them even to me and
then, assessment, the activities also were not accurate to their level of understanding
where if that, if we will refer only to what I am using, so far okay sya, and for the
assessment also, the same with the assessment sir, anyway for the content, by the way
for the content sir so far so good, because it is not deniable nga ang EAPP is one of the
subjects in Senior High School nga grabi kalisod pangitaon ang resources.
Which is true because EAPP has the lowest MPS among all the subjects in Senior
High School.
– oo sir because even resources lisoday pangitaon and also, supposedly this subject
should have a lot of resources kay isa sya sa pinakalisod-
We have books also mam. Are you using it?
ayy sometimes I find the book useless kasi it’s only for reference lang if you need a text,
text kanang material lang nga reading material pang for the reference sa imong
idiscuss but the content of the subject really dili mafound out sa book because it’s not
MELC based.
How about for the language used mam?
like what I said naay mga unfamiliar words but so far, if katung module nga gikan sa
other region.
Do you think mam the language used in a particular modules are appropriate to
the level of the learners?
-if generalized with the entire or with the grade 12, supposedly, dapat appropriate na sa
imo because at that age they were good as college, diba, so dapat ang ilang level, but
for considering the place or the foundation of the learners.
Question # 6: Where do you get your learning materials in EAPP? Is it on the
internet or do you make your own?
-Mostly kadtung sa mga ADM modules because mao ramn jud to ang mga source.
Are you using the Negros Oriental mam?
-yes, and then after that sir, for example this year I already started nga kanang I should
provide contextualized kay since I already observed nga dili kaya sa akong learners nga
ing-ani.
Did you find it challenging mam?
– Yeah, it’s very challenging on my part because I only have, I think 2 hours vacant but
of course in auxiliary work.
In a whole day?
-Yeah, oo because we’re very loaded sir, there were only 3 senior high school teachers
You did not handle JHS subjects mam?
– no only senior high,dili man makigbaylo ang mga junior high because ang ilang ano is,
teachers are salary paid for senior high schools, teacher 2 baya ta unya most of them T-

-Yes, sir, pero before we do, teachers exchange, pero karun dili na, ako loaded, very
loaded, I think gani among the three of us ang pinakloaded tas coordinatorships pa.
Question # 7: Among all the learning materials, why do you prefer to download
these learning materials rather than make your own?
-I make my own learning materials sir to give them a simplied materials or activities.
Question # 8: Based on the resources that you have, which of these materials do
you consider as learner-friendly? Why?
-Ang akong giingon, that’s the reason why I am contextualizing, since we are learner-
centered man pud.

Question # 9. Given all the experiences that you have as an English teacher, what
realizations do you have in mind so far regarding on the different use of learning
materials in EAPP?
-Sometimes it’s really better to, though it doesn’t mean that you have to pretend that we
know everything, but we do need other resources but we also should focus nga dili lang
gud ingun nga a as long as nga matudlo nako ning unsay makit-an nako but also since
we are learner centered we should always consider to contextualized to create our own
because mas dali man pod itudlo, is easier to teach what you really know pod diba , and
especially mas dali pod magtudlo kung ikaw mismo kabalo ka kung unsa rapod ang
level sa imong learners
Question # 10: What are your proposed resolutions pertaining to the existing
challenges that you have encountered?
-Ah, More resources but I do like to na for the EAPP dapat dili magsalig og kanang
unified, if we should consider also those schools nga pareho aning nasa diria because
department of education gives unified, even exams are unified, the thing is even Im
teaching my contextualized materials but during the exams they are really promoting
unified so my learners will not be able to answer napud the exam there are times gani
sir though paansweran nako sa ila ang unified but I will use it nalang dayun para naa
silay idea what will come up in the exam then I will make my own exam kay unfair man
pud sa ilang part diba na magunified ug test questions tapos sometimes ang mga
unified gikan pa gani sa different region and then unified questionnaire from different
region and then atu division walay resources, LRMDS ang sulod dili man sa atua.
