I, MARJORIE G. PAGURAYAN, Teacher I, currently teaching at Makalindang
Elementary School heartily applying for transfer of teaching station at Tandang Sora
Elementary School for valid reasons stated herein based on the DepEd order No. 22,
s.2013.
1. That I am teaching for 6 years, 4 years for my previous station and almost 2 years
in my current station.
2. That it is my great opportunity because my present station is far from my
residence that I spent so much for my transportation and allowance hence time and
travel expenses could be of great help for the education of my masteral and daily
expenses of my family.

I, Rose Mae C. Paway, school head of Makalindang Elementary School, would like to
recommend the transfer of Ma'am MARJORIE G. PAGURAYAN, a teacher at
Makalindang Elementary School, to Tandang Sora Elementary School, which is closer to
her residence.
The reasons for this recommendation are as follows:
She has been teaching for a total of 6 years, with 4 years at her previous
station, Maliwanag ES, and nearly 2 years at her current station.
Her current station is significantly distant from her residence, leading to high
transportation and lodging expenses.
In the event of her relocation, I kindly request if given the chance and opportunity
that my sister, Mary Rose C. Paway, RQ#141, be considered to fill her position but I will
accept whatever your decision, maam.
