I send to you report details of meeting =ith the Shrimp pond owners on the 6th and 7th of June and adjustment=schedule of soil investigation for Approach Road in the Hai An side. 1. Four (4) boreholes from BA-3 to BA-7 (except location BA-6) have agree w=th shrimp pond owners in the metting on 6th of June. But two days after they confirm to me=don't agree. I don't understand why The People committee of Trang Cat commune reque=t perform meeting again on 14th of June. I will be confirm to you soon after.

2. Six boreholes fro= BA-15 to BA-21 (except location BA-20) have agree with shrimp pond owner.=br> Location BA-20 is on the center of big shrimp pond so can'=t agree with shrimp pond owner.

Dear sirs, You are pleased to find the attachments for our JICA Study Team's acceptance for TEDI's proposal of three shifts/ day for geotechnical investigation in field. In this regards, Mr Ishiguro is kindly asked to re-arrange tasks for our engineers (Mr. Hanh and Mr. Hiep): some boreholes of bridge should be moved from Mr Hanh to Mr Hiep. If necessary, one Memorandum shall be issued by JICA Study Team for our aforesaid engineers. Mr. Hanh and Mr. Hiep are requested to tried your best to fulfill your assignment at site especially in the new tasks of TEDI proposal of working three shifts. We are being complained by PMU2 above that drilling works were too slow, and being requested to have prompt actions for catching-up the scheduled time of completion for geotechnical investigation.
