MAJOR ASSIGNMENTS Industry Project Type Responsible for : Mortgage Banking - USA : Final Mod Post Mailing QC : Final Mod Post-Mailing QC team is responsible for the auditing of all

loans that are modified as per HAM/MHA (Home Affordable Mortgage/Making Homes Affordable) modification program. This team ensures that all loans are audited for the quality and accuracy of information furnished in the Modification Document that is sent to the borrower for signature (Acceptance of the modification).Completing the QC process for all loans within the established turn around time (Service Level Agreement). Trial Mod QC Process is designed to compare the Customer personal information and related loan elements to the Trial Mod Period sent to the customer by verifying the information entered on the Unsigned Trial Workout Plan information with Fidelity. Verify the loan information on Mod Doc against the Applications such as Fidelity, Agent Desktop, and Fastrieve etc. Report the findings (discrepancies) to onsite via database, which need to be corrected. Major Responsibilities Quality checking for the Loans of the customer and to ensure delivering the SLAS quality by way of conducting quality checks. Coordinator for 4 sub process Consolidating the production and sending the report to clients on daily basis. Client interaction over phone to solve process related queries Maintaining Database for my process Preparing weekly & monthly dashboard and scorecard Assigning loans to the associates on daily basis. Preparing weekly reports and miscellaneous report whenever required Weekly call with onshore team to discuss on process Improvements and quality control standards.
