RATIONALE:
Basketball is one of the most popular sport in Binalonan, especially among the Youth
Sector. It has already a big following not only among the Young People, but also to the
older generation male and female alike.
OBJECTIVES:
-to divert the youth from engaging in vices such as drinking liquor and using
prohibited drugs;
-to enhance the skills of players with the game;
-to attain a healthy and vibrant youth of the locality;
-to ensure camaraderie among the youth of Binalonan.
FINANCE REQUIREMENT:
EXPENDITURES NECESSARY FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE
PROGRAM SHALL BE FUNDED FROM 10% SK FUND.
