If my application is accepted, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

RULES & REGULATIONS

1) I hereby release and hold harmless A Queenz Palace,LLC and all of their respective agents, employees, members or representatives (collectively, the Released Parties) from and against any loss, damage, theft, personal injury or injury to property that I may suffer as a result of my participation in the Ladies CandyShop Expo & Show 2012 as a Vendor or Sponsor, attendee and/or participant including, without limitation, any loss due to the acts or negligence of any participant or patron. 2) I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any loss they may suffer as a result of my negligence or actions as a Vendor or Sponsor at the Ladies Candy Shop Expo & Show 2012. 3) I agree to maintain and keep my assigned site in a clean, safe, and orderly fashion during the Ladies CandyShop Expo & Show 2012 and to leave my site in the same condition it was in at the time I first occupied it. 4) I agree that my Vendor or Sponsor Fee , once received by A Queenz Palace, LLC is non-refundable. 5) ARRIVAL: All Vendors or Sponsors MUST arrive and sign-in between 1:30 P.M. -2:00 P.M. in the FRONT LOBBY. In any event if location has any issues for Expo set-up Vendor will be notify new location without causing breach of contract. 6) VENDORS/SPONSORS must be completely set-up and "open for business" by 3:00 P.M. 7) SIGN IN DEADLINE: Someone from your Company must be present to sign in NO LATER THAN 1:00 P.M. Set-up time is 1P.M. -2:30 P.M. and will not be allowed after Scheduled time. This will forfeit the rights to his/her non-refundable space (NO Exceptions). If changes are made on start time; Vendors/Sponsors will be notify in advanced.

8) DISPLAY: Display area should be neat, clean and attractively merchandised. Remember that this event will involve many pictures and LIVE VIDEO, so please be mindful. 9) All merchandise must be VOID of any images or suggestions of hateful or discriminatory material. Pirated merchandise, such as C.D.'s, counterfeit designer goods, etc. is strictly prohibited and cannot be displayed at this event. 10) HOURS: The Event will start at 3:00PM (Individual interviews will be conducted in the Pink Carpet Area) 11) Break Down: Exhibitors must begin break down at 11:30 P.M. and have their space completely cleared no later than 12:00 P.M. 12) TABLES: AQP, LLC. Will provide 6 ft. skirted table, chairs and expo table sign. Extra chairs can be requested at extra cost.(Please contact for details). All other display items are the responsibility of the Vendor or Sponsor. 13) Parking: FREE PARKING for Vendors/Sponsors. Directions in reference to parking will be sent out with itinerary. 14) Vendors are limited to (4) per product or service category, so early register is strongly suggested to lock in your space. 15) If your vendor request is approved and payment was not received with your registration form, your approval email will include a request for payment to complete the registration process. Failure to make payment by within 2 business days, as specified in your approval email, will result in forfeiture of your vendor space and you will need to submit a new request. There is no exception to this rule. Please Note: If your vendor request is not approved, you will receive an email to notify you.
