Sir:
Greetings of Peace!
May I have the honor and privilege to apply for transfer.
In this regard, please grant me the privilege to transfer from the aforementioned school to
______________________________________________________.
To wit the following are reasons to transfer:
1. Just this last October 28, 2024, our family’s conflict with another family was re-opened
due to the reason that my first degree cousins were ambushed inside their
vehicle,wherein an open fire from both side happened, which in then turned to an
open hostility from both side making it hard for me to report to my station due to
uncertain things that may happen due to this conflict.

2. Due to this conflict, I am now urged by both parties to transfer to another district to
avoid being caught in this conflict.

3. I am now having difficulty in commuting weekly which also adds to other monetary
expenses I have such as rent for lodging, daily commute fees and other bills.

4. I would like to have the opportunity to work near my residence in order to take care
of my family, especially now with the danger of said family conflict “Rido” hanging
just above our head.
