Technika 2009
This was the technical feast organised in our college by the maiden batch of our college. Though there was several obstacles but enthusiasm blended with sheer determination overcame all the obstacles. The event was materialized on 22nd to 23rd March 2009. The response was overwhelming with 300 spectators turning up for the event and the entertainment-cum-cultural festival AURA. We can infere that Technika made its debut perfomance with full vigour and glory.

Technika 10
In addition to the traditional events like robotics,robowarz,coding competitions,etc USPs It started with NDRF(National Disaster Response Force) putting up an impressive demonstration search and rescue in simulating earthquake scenario,heli-silthering operation and rope rescue equipments,etc. witnessed by large gathering of Government officials and other spectators. NDRF also organized exhibition of its state-of-art rescue equipments which was inaugurated by the governor of Bihar Shri Devanand Konwar. No doubt it was a great success and better than the previous version of Technika.

USPs Shouldered the Responsilbility of evoking the environmental concern and aimed at zero carbon emssion. Management events like Samaritans and Strategem provided a good break for the tech savvy. The Guest lecture by Dr. H.C. Verma(Distinguished Professor, IIT Kanpur and a renowned author) proved enlightening as he disscused the dire need to conserve energy resources and avoid its reckless use. The zenith of the 3-day fest was reached when rock band Strings mesmerized everyone wiyh its rocking perfomance.

My USPs
I think that I have leadership qualities. Since my school life I have been bestowed upon with such responsibilties and I have always been keen and active in taking up such responsibilities. At present I am the Head of the entrepreneurship Cell of BIT Patna. I have been associated with E-Cell since my first Semester. I served as Associate Technical Head of E-cell during my 3rd and 4th semester. 2K11 batch was very fortunate to be given the responsibility to organize conclave and I learnt a lot from it. I served as the head in organizing Business Simulation Workshop by Rahul Jain,Director GlobalExpertsForU which was organized for the first time in Bihar. I was also in the Event Management Team and Hospitality Team. Overall it was a great experience. I have also been selected as College Representative of E-Cell IIT Bombay for the academic year 2013-2014.

USPs relating to sponsors

Working in the E-Cell I have built a up a strong network which would greatly reduce the burden of the sponsorship team. Through E-Cell I have collaborated with E-Cell IIT KGP and also I am the CR of E-Cell IIT Bombay for the academic year 2013-2014 so I can derive all the necessary contacts from there. I have associated BITOSA as mentor of E-Cell.They are ready to sponsor us. Plus they have also agreed us to connect to companies who can serve as our Title Sponsor and co-sponsor. I would like to assure you that if I am given the responsibility getting sponsorship would not be an upheaveal task. Being a localite I have an understanding of the patna market.So I would like to assure you that I can easily manage the local companies and establishments to sponsor us under various categories like food partners,media partners,web partner,etc

Strategies related to sponsors

Divide the sponsorship team area wise. We can also approach adjoining areas. But for that we have to assure ourselves first via telephonic conversations that they are willing to sponsor otherwise travelling expenses would go in vain. We have to basically make them realize the fact that it will definitely be fruitfull for them and make them aware of our publicity agenda And the expected gathering.The new courses started would definitely enhance the gathering and indirectly provide as a boon for the sponsorship team.
