PROBLEM STATEMENT
There is lack of lab instruments in PKB.
Students only understand through the
theory learning from lecturer. Students
understanding about the use of laboratory
instruments is very limited. This survey is
conducted to identify why lab instrument
are lacking in PKB. This survey is conducted
to identify why lab instrument are lacking in
PKB.

OBJECTIVE

To identify a few suggestions why the lab

instruments is lacking.
To identify what type of lab instruments
that need to be upgraded.
To identify what are the important of
laboratory instruments in the students
learning session.

Effect from the lack of lab instrument to the Civil Engineering students in 2015

Dear valued respondents,

We are second year students pursuing the Diploma in Civil Engineering
programme at the civil Engineering Department of Polytechnic Kota Bharu. We
are conducting a survey to complete a mini project for AE501- Communicate
Engineering 3. The survey is about the lack of the instrument facilities at Civil
Engineering PKB lab. The purpose of this survey is to determine effects of the
lack of laboratory equipment for students in their leaving sessions. We can
assure that all the answers provided will be kept in strict confidentiality and
used for academic purpose only. We appreciate your effort in giving us the
feedback, and we value your contribution to this research.
