Budgetary Constraints

These improvements have had a positive

impact with residents as exhibited in the pride
and care they have taken in their homes.

We would like to capitalize on this and take the

next step to be able to continue offering
affordable housing that will be appreciated for
function, appearance AND sustainability in the
years to come.
