materials before leaving class.

REWARDS

EXTRA CREDIT OR MISSED

ASSIGNMENT: If all assignments and tests
have been completed, you may have your choice
of an extra credit assignment or to skip an
upcoming assignment.
DJ A LAB DAY: If all assignments and tests
have been completed, you may also have the
option to choose music that the class will listen
to during a lab assignment. *Music MUST be
approved by me first.

CONSEQUENCES

First Two Violations: Verbal warning.

Third Violation: Issuance of PIP (Personal
Improvement Plan).
Fourth Violation: Phone call or email home.
Fifth Violation: Dean's Conference with
parents.

PERSONAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN

Personal Improvement Plans (PIP's) will be

issued upon the third infraction.
PIP's will state the nature of the violations and
the date in which they occurred.
The student must address how they will correct
behavior in the future.
