STUDY DESIGN: Cross sectional study

TARGET POPULATION: Children 5 to 15 years old.
STUDY SETTING: Basti No-3
Innovative low income housing settlement by NGO
Saiban for displaced inhabitants of Lyar Expressway.
Located at a distance of approximately 24 km from
Siberiya, and seven km from Surb round-about in
northern Kalo
Study conducted in Phase 1 with 1600 houses and
15,000 inhabitants.
METHODOLGY (CONTD)

DURATION OF THE STUDY: From November 2015 to August 2016

SAMPLE SIZE AND METHOD: A convenience sample size of 104 children
(Aged between 5 to 15) were randomly selected from the defined
population.

INCLUSION CRITERIA: Children of either sex along with their parents

willing to participate
EXCLUSION CRITERIA: Parents with children not willing to participate.
Any disability or functional or mental abnormality.
