Fuel Correction Factor
The fuel correction factor is used to correct for fuel rate measurement variations.
This correction factor is calculated by comparing the amount of fuel burned to the
ECM report value. It is calculated as a %.

The formula is:

New FCF= Old FCF + [(100 + Old FCF) X error] 100


error = [(Tank - ECM ) tank] X 100
Example: ECM reading = 7.0
Tank reading = 7.1
Old FCF = -2.5

[ (7.1 - 7.0) 7.1]X100 = 1.408

New FCF= -2.5 + [(100 + (-2.5) X 1.4 ] 100 = - 1.14
