 Sender and receiver alternate receiving information
 Example: lecture, staff meeting
TRANSACTIONAL VIEW
 Communicator  Communicator
 Most important for professionals
 Both roles at the same time.
 Send message while getting information from message in addition to
message form the receiver.
 Example: team meeting, planning, lunchroom

 Understanding shared experiences differently due to the way we
process stimuli.

 More information than our senses can handle!
