We have operations in over 30 countries. We are established in India since Jan’18, and we are planning to introduce 15 wholesale Cash & Carry formats in next 3 years in North India. Our first store is under NSP METRO STATION . OUR CUSTOMERS Our Business Partners are : Hotels, Restaurants and Caterers (HoReCa) Retailers Independent (Kirana) stores Service professionals / Corporates Hospitals, Education Institutes, Govt Institutions PRODUCT ASSORTMENT We offer a wide range of products in the following categories: Fresh Food (Fruits & Vegetables) Seafood & Butchery Frozen food & Dairy products Dry food Bakery Kitchenware Household appliances and utensils Home furnishings and decorations Stationery and office supplies Electronics Textiles Learnings Firstly I got to know what company is all about , what are its workings , policies , motive and who are the target customers and target market Later I learned how to do market research and gather related information I gathered information related to best target customers from service sector , Hospitals, Education Institutes , Govt Institutions . After collecting information related , appointment is taken and is being told all LOTS WHOLESALE SOLUTION . And then making of membership is initiated. During Acquisition I have to visit different corporate offices , hospitals , schools , NGO’s and have to present a full presentation Some Places visited and acquired customers Achievers hopitality (Green park) AADI foundation (Green park) B G Foundation (Park Hospital ,Huda city centre) Bhagwati traders (Chandni Chowk) Gupta electric com (Rohini) Vimal electricals (Chandni Chowk) Mata chanan devi Hospital (Janakpuri) After working in Acquisition for a month my mentor helped me in learning more about market as well as workings in store in operations In store I learned how stock is displayed in ailes and bays according to different sections for different products and as my colleagues also helped me in gathering more knowledge about making of planogram , and its excution , Rail card (audit) , Gap check , alignment of left out stock in warehouse , getting of order and delivering the same to the customer It was a kind act of god that I got to see the opening of the store which was on 17th of July I got to know how to make necessary changes in the planogram according to requirements Taking measurement of articles (products) to make planogram Changes in planogram allowed after consulting with the department manager Checking of wrong MRP displayed , timely available of stock Overall it was a nice experience full of knowledge and learning which would help me in attening my future goals . Problems Getting of an appointment in corporate offices , Schools and hospitals was a hard task, not all of them are ready to listen your concern Most of the Customers ask for rate list which was not available at that moment , It was a major challenge but it helped us in getting more of knowledge about market and its challenges. Major of customers in market were not comfortable in sharing there personal as well as institutions/company which was necessary for processing of membership card . Suggestions Too gather information of customer from a well source and there should be equal distribution of area according to the team assigned and there should be accountability of work done . It would be more helping if rate card was released before its acquisition process More of training should be needed for proper handling of customer and a easy way to process for membership Time to time refilling of stock and keeping a proper view THANK YOU (ขอขอบคุณ)
