Many students in President University who don’t
adopt healthy lifestyle such as always eating junk food and rarely consume vegetables and milk. Therefore, we took the initiative to work with the canteen owner to provide food related with vegetables and we also distribute milk to students. WEEK THIRTEENTH
In the thirteenth week, we collaborate with the
canteen owner to provide healthy food related to vegetables. We also recommend canteen owners to improve their cooking methods such as not using many flavorings. WEEK FOURTEENTH
In week fourteenth, we share milk with many
collage students and explain to them that it’s important to consume milk everyday and tell to them the benefits of consuming milk. We also realize them the important of healthy lifestyle. OBJECTIVE ACHIEVED Overall, the project that we have planned, we do it well. It can be proven from we success to colloborate with canteen owner to provide health food such as vegetables. So students can consume vegetables if they want to eat in canteen. We also make students aware the benefits of consume milk every day so that they can apply healthy lifestyle from now.
