Lessons He Learned
One of the main things that my dad learned while he was working was how to
basically make work for himself. He was self employed for 5 years and during those
years he figured out what was important in his work, and how to be independent and
manage his work load. He also figured out what makes a good business, and almost
started his own, but instead he decided to go to dealerships and help them be more
successful as a business. My dad is very intelligent, I think he is literally a human
calculator, and it was really cool to see him helping others to become more successful.
He also learned in those years that work isn't the purpose of life and that it is
important to experience other things, and take a break when work gets too much to
handle.
