Idea #1 :- Initial Emailer

• Before sending enrolment email – Develop interest and curiosity

among participants for the training subject
• 1-2 such mail can be sent for making aware about the product
• This can be send 3-5 days in advance of enrolment program
• The idea is to get the participant for training who are not aware about
the product at all.
• How this can be done?
• Send some intro with pictures – A picture tells thousand words

Idea #2: Daily/Weekly Emailer
• Send Out daily/Weekly emailer for the product functionality with 3-5
points
• Not a simple mail but with pics and annotation – A picture speaks
thousand words
• Benefit :- Even before/after training keep participant engaged with
your product.
• Train participant across different products.

Idea #3: Daily/Weekly quiz
• “Techie of the Day/Week/Month” program can be launched
• If frequency is daily – at 3PM a quiz question will be sent and first 3
quick responders will get their pic displayed in quiz result email (If
program allow we can include 10Rs Chocolates).
• Benefit – Participants will be tested and a curiosity among folks will
be developed.
• Scope of participant – Less than 5 years of experience will be more
interested for the “quiz result pic” more than goodies.

• No doubt these activities are not simple to launch and manage but
can be introduced gradually if planned better
