• Motivating salesman through monetary and
non- monetary ways.
• Schemes for the shopkeepers to give them gift
based on their sale target achievement can also
help in increasing the sale.
• Company can give merchandise gifts to the
shopkeepers.
• Providing more display in shops. Lack of display
was found in respect to competitors mainly
Maggi and Chings.
• Free distribution of yippee in schools and
offices to promote trial.
• Expanding the loyalty programs can also help.
