•Hemidiaphragm D/S : Covered by opacity/Dome shaped
•Bones : intact, no lytic lesion or blastic lesion or fracture line
•Soft tissue : normal

- Congestive Pulmonum
- Cardiomegaly

There is opacity on hemithorax dextra that cover the hemidiaphragma dextra and
costophrenic angle dextra
•Bones: intact, no lytic lesion or blastic lesion or fracture line

there is double lumen appearance with the distal at vertebrae thoracal 6

There is opacity on hemithorax dextra that cover the pulmo dextra, cardiac margin
dextra, hemidiaphragma dextra and costophrenicus angle dextra
•Bones: there is linier multiple fracture on 7TH, 8th, 9th costae posterior dextra; 4th, 5th,
6th costae lateral dextra; 1st costae anterior, os clavicula dextra. There is segmental
fracture on 3th costae dextra. no lytic lesion or blastic lesion.
•Soft tissue: swelling on the right side

•Conclusion:
- Fluidothorax
- Multiple fracture costae dextra and os clavicula dextra medial side
