Introduction
• Milk Tea or Bubble Tea is one of the famous businesses
that are established in the industry. It is extremely a
popular drink in most Asian countries like Philippines and
it was originally started from Taiwan in 1988. It is now
one of the most popular trends in food and beverage
industry. Milk Tea is a specialist drink increasingly being
offered in cafes, coffee shops and bars and now as it
spreads widely it came up into different brands such as
Retro tea, Britty, Gongcha, Infinitea and many.
Company Profile
• Retro Tea was originated in Vietnam and got a branch in
the Philippines. It was owned by a Vietnamese
Entrepreneur named Vin Hoang and his wife named
Joanna Marie Gabian Hoang, a Filipina who manage in
Bulacan. It was started in the year of 2019, January 5. The
designs and structures of the café was originally came
from the brand name of Retro which means ‘imitative of a
style or fashion from the recent past’. The main branch is
located in San Jose Del Monte Bulacan, Central Luzon and
the second branch is in Phase 10 Bagong Silang in front of
Puregold.

• To help create the best tasting milk tea as


well as well as to become the top milk tea
store in the Philippines.
Mission
• Retro aim to become one of the top milk tea stores in the
country by 3 years, beating out current milk tea stores that
are on top of the pyramid such as Serenitea, Bubble Tea
and such.

Caloocan City produces maximum income that meet the
desired profit of the company which really help our
economy when it comes to taxes.

 The tea itself helps to improve blood flow among the


consumer. Tea can boost exercise endurance.

 It doesn’t need to acquire high investment or capital.


Disadvantages
 Excessive drinking milk tea could be very dangerous to
customer’s health because of acidity, bloating, nutrient
deficiencies, provokes addiction and dehydration.
 It implies many competitors like Serenitea, Infinitea, Gong
Cha, Emperial, Coco etc. and as it continuously spreads
widely, lots of possibilities that many milk tea shops will
conquer different places.
 It also implies that while students love drinking milk tea,
even when they don’t eat anything that could be the cause
of sickness and diseases they could get from it.
