Actually my ambition was to do BBA and then MBA, but my parents had a different dreams for me. I was forced to join BE. I did my BE –E and I in RMK ENGINEERING COLLEGE, Being an average student I graduated in first class I joined an E- learning company and worked as a web APPLICATIONS developer I decided to quit my job as associate project manager and stepped into my dream of becoming an enterpreneur . I planned to do my family business bakery , but I planned to do it in a all new level. SO I decided to create a new “BRAND BAKERY SPRING” I it is 3 years now . AND bakers spring has one more new outlet now, and we’ve started producing ICECREAMS and CHOCOLATES under different brand names ENTERPRENEUR INTERVIEW QUESTIONS 1. How did you get your idea or complete for the business? The business I chose is my family business which we were doing for the past 67 years. But I don’t want to do it in the same way, I wanted to take the business to all new level in par with international standards 2. How do you advertise your business ?
I believe in electronic media for advertisement like facebook ,
twitter ,intstagram . I’ve also tried theconventional methods like radio,TV,, news paper etc.., But whatever may the business the most powerful medium of advertisement is world of mouth advertising. 3. To what do you attribute your success ?
Ultimately the purpose of every business is to make money
According to me is , how loyal your customers are FOR EXAMBLE : if your customers comes to you only when you give discounts or offers, you still make money but not customers. YOUR customer will wait for your next pffer for their next business with you . Earning customers is the real metrics of success for any business . 4. What made you choose your current location? I choose this area is because we were the first to start a bakery here in this area 67 years back I want to repeat the history , now we were the first to open a world class cake shop in this area. This area has such a great potential for business and also I want to have the ‘first mover advantages’. 5. What is your business goal ?
My business GOAL is to grow into a 100 cr business within the
next 5 years 6. What is unique about your business?
My business unique is our sponge are one of the best in the

AS a business owner I cannot define my responsibilities just

Becoming an enterpreneur is not easy as you see on paper or
another business . Without a passion nothing can be done. SOME QUICK TIPS: Dreams , dream , dream what you want to do, Try hard and smart . No books or some advice like these will help . Every enterpreneur has to find his own way and ideas . Never ever stop learning. 10.What are the risks and expectations are you facing you in your business ?
