 The regular Staff Meeting of SDS IMO
was called to order at exactly 8:20AM
(after the Flag Ceremony) at the
Conference Room of the office, which
was started with an opening prayer by

 2.Bulletin Board Concern

- Ms.Arpilleda: HR to post weekly schedule for the assigned
unit for flag ceremony in the bulletin board.
- NMVASQUEZ: Provide whole year schedule and
assignment of each unit for the weekly flag ceremonies

 Mr. Tristiza’s Concern

- Cited that the management has not initiated any
appropriate actions for the death threat he received.
-Engr. Dexter Sablaon: clarified that he will file for a
complaint/blotter this week, cited that he had hectic
schedules to prioritize that’s why there is a delay in filing
complaint to the police authority.
 Shared learnings on Administrative
discipline and protocols

 Suggested to have RA 6713 seminar by

September to be conducted by the CSC
personnel.
 Updates on the financial status of the office
 Downloaded 51 million advanced payment last
Friday(July 26, 2019)
 Some J.O. are not yet compensated due to
unapproved Job Order Contract .
 Informed the all employees who still don’t have their
UMID card to claim it in the GSIS office as soon as
possible.
 Cited that the Current meter don’t have any defect ,
indicated that the malfunction is totally normal
according supplier .
 Stated that the rented water pump from the water
district is not functioning .
 Cited that Nissan ‘s starter is not functioning
