CALL PROCEDURE

20 min-class: (2-5-10)

•1st call: call 2 minutes after the class starts. Use BLINK
.

•2nd call: If there’s no answer, wait for the next 3 mins.


Then call using VOIP.

•3rd call: If there’s no answer, wait for the next 5 mins.


Then make your 3rd and last call. Keep the
platform open until the end of the class if
there’s no answer.

•1st call: call at the start of the class. Use VOIP.

•2nd call: If there’s no answer, wait for the next 2 mins.


Then, call.

•3rd call: If there’s no answer, wait for the next 3 mins.

Don’t call RH students.

GIB STUDENTS
•Use SKYPE to call GIB students.

•You can only use Blink/VOIP if


the GIB student is in Korea.

Coaching and CM/SM comment boxes.
• Note technical problems, late students
and other concerns in the CM/SM
comment box.

• Leave a personal message to your


student in the Extra Coaching box.
