INTRODUCTION

>On June 17, 1954, through Republic Act 1140, the town received its
present name “El Nido,” after the nests of swiftlets found in the caves
of its 250 million year-old limestone cliffs. El Nido is a Spanish word
for “The Nest.” In 1982, a small resort was opened in Pangalusian
Island by the Gordon family.

>The hotels in El Nido Palawan are too expensive for the family and to
other tourist. And some of the Beaches there are not that cleaned
because some of the tourist didn’t know a proper waste disposal
Statement of the problem
• Too much expensive hotels in El Nido Palawan for the low income
individuals.
• Some of the tourist and residents did not know the proper waste
disposal.
Benefits of the proposal
• The municipality of El Nido will benefit to our proposal because the
tourist will be explode. Because of the low budget hotel that we will
build.
• The people in El Nido will benefit because we have a great proposal to
help them to clean the El Nido beaches.
• The foreign tourist and OFW's because of the low budget hotel.
• The Department of Tourism (DOT)
• The Department of Economic (DOE)
Funding
• We are looking forward that the municipality of Palawan will fund us
and the Department of Tourism(DOT).
Estimated budget
• Our estimated budget is 24,880,400.00 million pesos.
• 150,000 for the seminar (foods,sound system,venue,catering service, and
environmentalist speaker)
• 4,500,000 for the garbage truck
• 5,400 (salary) per driver every month
• 1,000,000 for the materials and damages of garbage truck
• 15,000,000 for the construction of Low budget family hotel
• 100,000 for the marketing agency
• 4,000,000 for 2 hectars for the location or lot
• 50,000 for 1 month publicity campaign in social media marketing
• 75,000 for the half page advertising about our low budget family hotel in three days
• Free staying in our low budget family hotel for the bloggers and vbloggers
Procedure or implementation
• We will conduct a seminar for proper waste disposal and we will build
an organization that we will called Go Green to clean the beaches in El
Nido. We will send a garbage truck 3 times a week to collect all the
trash on that area from our low budget hotel.
• To build a Low budget hotel we will collaborate with a Government
construction company to lessen the expenses. The staff or workers
will be the residents in El Nido .
• We will collaborate with a marketing or communication agency to
help us to strengthen our position in the hospitality industry in terms
of publicity campaign like social media marketing in Facebook and
Instagram
Procedure or Implementation
• We will invite a bloggers to blog and vbloggers to do a live streaming
about our low budget family hotel.
• We will collaborate to a Advertising agency to advertise our low
budget family hotel in TV and print.
