1. What is the morality of Confucianism?


Confucian thought focuses on the cultivation of virtue in a morally organised world.
Some of the basic confucianism concepts and practices include rén, yì, and lǐ, and zhì. It is the
virtue-form of Heaven. Yì is the upholding of righteousness and the moral disposition to do
good. Therefore, Confucianism morality is focused in humanistic reference.

2. Where/What is the destiny of Confucianism?


The Confucian has the idea of the called “ming” which is also known as destiny.
This holds that in in course and a peak of a human life, there is a existence of an
uncertainty that is both transcendent and beyond human control. Adding more
information, the essence of their destiny is a hypothetical, at the beginning of life and
linear irreversibility towards its end, and that to live in light of ethics and physical rules
— having a “commitment to human affairs” — means putting “destiny” into practice.
As all these facts show, the Confucian ultimate concern regarding human life is full of
rational awareness.

3. What is the purpose of Confucianism?


According to historians “Confucianism, the teaching of confucius
during500 B.C, has played an important role in performing Chinese characters, behavior and way
of living. Its primary purpose is to achieve harmony. Most importantly is the social value.
Confucianism strongly emphasizes on mercy.” In conclusion, the sole purpose of Confucianism is
to create an impact to the people, the teachings of Confucius, to be imparted to us in order for us
to live that words and teaching. The purpose is to have a balance or harmony in this world
through the teaching of values and molding ones behavior of a human being.

4. What is the origin to universe and to mankind?


According to one of the people Confucianism believed or has a hypothetical
answer to the origin of universe. Confucius states that things are interrelated through forces of
yin( female ) and yang ( male ). Confucius believed that society’s morality and civilization has
evolved in a non-cyclic, progressive manner. Therefore, Yin and Yang interaction has
transformed and processed to a universe.

According to some of our research, ’ Confucius didn’t need to say anything


about the beginning of the universe because Tao covered it. Moreover, the Chinese had a
“manual” to the “Way of Heaven” in the I Ching. Since Confucius believed that the universe was
caused by the tao force.
5. What does it do to women?
According to some historians, Li Yuning proposed that some Confucians ideas can
improve women’s position in society. Confucius believed that “everyone could improve
through education and self cultivation” regardless of one’s upbringing abid to socio-
economic status.This means that Confucianism is not against any women, rather they even
promote gender quality through self improvement and education. Since the overall view is
all about harmony and peace, Confucianism therefore pursue harmony in any topic that
would rise in arguments.
