Helical Gear
A high setting gear performance is achieved by using HeliTopo
technology. This eases off the tooth profile and crowns the lead of
each tooth. This optimizes the gear mesh alignment and overlap
to achieve maximum tooth surface contact.
The contact face of helical gear is approximately three times of
spur gear, which providing operation smooth, low noise, high
torque and low backlash.

Triple split collet with dynamic balanced set collar

Patented planet carrier design puts the sun gear bearing
directly into the planet carrier. It minimizes gear misalignment
to gain higher accuracy.

One piece planet carrier with extended bearing design

provides maximum radial load capacity and increase

Lubrication with Nyogel 792D synthetic grease and sealed to IP65
standard prevents leakage and is maintenance free.

silica-thickened, synthetic hydrocarbon
grease
 Working temperature range: -30℃ ~ 125℃

applying hi-tech coating to all contact surface. This coating reaches a hardness of

• Outer heat treatment :

Applying plasma nitriding heat treatment to obtain the tooth surface
hardness at 840Hv for superior wear-resistance.
