Abstract : This work presents a robot which detects fire through image processing and extinguish it by
throwing fire extinguisher ball in the fire which explodes and its chemical helps in extinguish fire.

The robot can perform the task automatically or with some kind of
guidance.Robotics is a general combination of computational intelligence and
physical machine. [1]
This project not focused on designing a firefighting robot on the larger scale.
Our work is to make and develop the autonomous robots that can
automatically detect fire and finish it.
The project helps to generate interests as well as innovations in the fields of
robotics while working towards a practical and obtainable solution to save
lives and mitigate the risk of property damage.[3]

Autonomous is not an ancient phenomenon, it’s a relatively new


breakthrough in engineering and technology, in developing countries these
type of robots are using frequently which save people and fire fighter lives.

I.To detect fire by image processing in real time.


II.To move the robot in the direction of fire and then operating
throwing mechanism to extinguish fire.[7]
