What is the Process of designing a system?  A fire fighter robot is one that has a small
fire extinguisher added to it. By attaching
a small fire extinguisher to the robot, the
fire detection and controls are automatic.
The robot works with sensor for
searching the fire and when fire is
detected then automatically spray the
water over it. This robot uses three flame
sensors for accurate fire detection. It is
used to detect presence of fire and
extinguishing it automatically without
any human interference. The robot has
two processors, one on each of its two
boards. The Motor Board controls the
motors, and the Control Board reads
sensors and decides how to operate. Each
of the boards is a full Arduino board
programmable using the Arduino IDE.
What are the equipment required?  Arduino UNO
 Fire sensor or Flame sensor (3 Nos)
 Servo Motor (SG90)
 L293D motor Driver module
 Mini DC Submersible Pump
 Small Breadboard
 Robot chassis with motors (2) and
 wheels(2) (any type)
 A small can
 Connecting wires
What are the system limitations with  Robot’s Mobility: Firefighting robots are
regard to processing power, memory, typically wheeled, tracked or a
battery life, etc. combination of both, and they rely on
their mobility to move around and reach
the fire. However, if the surface is too
rough or if there are large obstacles
present, the robot may not be able to
move around freely.
 Limited Reach: Firefighting robots have
limited reach and may not be able to get
close enough to put out the fire.
 Limited Sensors: Firefighting robots
have limited sensors and cameras to
detect the fire, making it difficult to
determine the exact location and size of
the fire.
 Limited Fire Fighting Capabilities:
Firefighting robots are limited in their
firefighting capabilities. They are
typically limited to using water, foam, or
dry chemical extinguishers, which may
not be enough to put out large or intense
fires.
 High Cost: Firefighting robots are
expensive and may not be affordable for
some fire departments.
 Safety: Firefighting robots pose a safety
risk to firefighters, as they may not be
able to detect hazardous conditions such
as smoke or heat.

What is the reliability and safety of the This project describes about the real time firefighting robot
which moves in
system? a constant speed, identify the fire and then extinguish it with the
help of pumping
mechanism. It has advantageous features such as ability to detect
location of fire
automatically besides having a compact body and lightweight
structure.

How much is the cost of the system?  Total cost is 2500

What are the Market and sale  Fire fighter robot is very beneficial to the
opportunities? fire department because it has
advantageous features such as the ability
to detect the source of fire, extinguish it
and increase the knowledge about fire
behavior from the incident area. It is also
beneficial to our firefighters because this
system are designed with certain tasks in
mind. These include analyzing and
locating fires, conducting search and
rescue, monitoring hazardous variables
and the primary task of fire control and
suppression.
