identify the two descriptive words which are Adjective and

02 arouse the interest and attention of the learners in using

1. Adverb of Manner (How)


How an action occurs.
Example:
The Lion crawled stealthily.

Note: Lots of adverbs of manner end -ly

2. Adverb of Time (when and how often)


Tells us when an action occurs
or how often.
Example:
I tell him daily.

Note: Adverbs of time that tell us how often something occurs


(e.g., always, often, sometimes)

3. Adverb of Place (where)


Tells us where an action occurs.

Example:
Poetry surrounds us everywhere.

Tells us to what degree an action
occurs.

How often the verb occurs.
