During larval migration:

vomiting.

Diagnosis
Clinically:
Transient cough, dyspnea (1-2 weeks).

Eosinophilia (20% - 7%)
Eggs in stool.
Adult in vomits, faeces.
Radiologically:
Plain X-ray of the lungs and Barium meal.
