BASIC INFORMATION
• an illness caused by a virus that can spread from person to person
• symptoms can range from mild (or no symptoms) to severe illness
• symptoms: cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, muscle pain, sore
throat, new loss of taste or smell
• primarly spread from person to person
• you can become infected by:
- coming into close contact with a person who has COVID-19
- respiratory droplets when an infected person coughs, sneezes, or talks
- touching a surface or object that has the virus on it, and then by touching your
mouth, nose, or eyes
• currently there is no vaccine
• stay at home, disinfect, wash and sanitize your hands, social distancing
• everyone is at risk!

3. we have time to persue our hobbies

4. we have time to redecorate/renovate our houses

5. we have time to watch new shows and movies

1. visit my grandparents

2. go out with my friends

3. travel somewhere

4. get my nails done

5. go to a restaurant
5 THINGS I WILL CHANGE IN MY
LIFESTYLE BECAUSE OF THIS EXPERIENCE
1. I will wash my hands more often

2. I will be more thankful for all the abilities I have when I’m not restricted like this

3. I will use my time more wisely

4. I will spend more time in nature

5. I will try to „live in the moment” more because you can never know if something
like this can happen again
