6. Helping Hand

A leader in a school is a person who takes on

extra tasks such as leading the PTA meetings and
having clean up driving. Teachers who are active
in the school will often have more jobs than just
the one they were hired to perform. Often, the
goals of the teacher will match the direction that
the school is taking.
7. Public Servant
Teachers are very influential and teachers
greatly influence the community through their
students. The lessons and the inspiration students
gain from the teachers will influence the
community from which the students live.
Teachers must set an example… Teachers must
also be good communicators to influence the way
the students would communicate with each
other.
8. Community Leader
The role of a teacher in society is both
significant and valuable. It has far-reaching
influence on the society he lives in and no
other personality can have an influence more
profound than that of a teacher. Students are
deeply affected by the teacher’s love and
affection, character, competence, and moral
commitment.
