Objectives:
At the end of the lesson, the learners should be able to:
 Know the importance of Organizations.
 Understand the benefits of Youth Groups, Clubs and Community Involvement.
 Identify Key Characteristics of Servant Leaders
 Understand the developmental changes that influence social relationships during middle and late
adolescence.
 Identify common challenges faced by adolescents in forming and maintaining social connections.

ELICIT MATERIALS
At the start of the lesson, the learners will be asked the question, In the journey of
Adolescence, how can actively participating in community activities and embracing
leadership mindset contribute to the growth and well-being of individuals and
communities?
ENGAGE
The class will answer the activity entitled “My Organizations “on page 77 of their
Personal Development book.

After completing the table let the students answer the processing question,
Describe at least one encounter from the listed organizations mentioned above and
share the feelings and benefits gained from that experience.

Let the learners establish the purpose of the lesson by the following activities: Art materials,

students will include a photo of themselves with the group.
