ORIGIN AND HISTORY

The pandemic has been affecting everyone’s lives and it


has been going on for a few months now. It has put us in a
situation that is new to each and one of us. Many of us are
affected in all the aspects of our lives; physically, mentally,
spiritually, and emotionally. We have been in the dark for
so long and we need something to uplift our mood during
this coronavirus pandemic.

Volleyball or any
type of ball if not

or any type of
basket that fits the
ball.
How is the game played?
1. There should be 2 teams with
equal number of players as many
as possible.
How is the game played?
2. The 2 teams will form a circle
together and will line up
alternately.

3. A hamper will be placed in the
middle of the circle.
How is the game played?
4. Music will be played and the
players will pass the ball
around using only one
hand.
How is the game played?
5. Once the music stops, the player
holding the ball will need to
shoot it in the hamper.
How is the game played?
6. The player with most points wins
the game.
RULES AND
R E G U LAT I O N S
1. Within 3 seconds, the ball must
be passed already to the person
next in line.
2. Only one hand should be used in
passing and shooting the ball.
3. The other hand should be placed on the
designated body part set by the last person who
shot the ball in the hoop.
4. The player last holding the ball when the
music stops must be able to shoot the ball
within 3 seconds, otherwise the opponent gets
the ball.
5. The team with most points wins the game.
The losing team’s consequence will be to do the
chores of the house for the week.
