Overview
• Change Readiness Assessment conducted to determine awareness of Honda1SAP Project
• The purpose of the survey was to take a baseline, so that actions can be taken to meet the needs of Associates
• All Associates were surveyed at AUH and MPE
• The results will determined where communication and engagement efforts should focus for Wave 1
• It was anticipated that Associates want to know how they are directly impacted – the results confirm this
• A second survey will be conducted to check the effectiveness of any actions taken

• Understanding around goals and benefits of the project is satisfactory but could be improved
• There is a strong sense of management commitment to the project
• Associates are unsure about the direct impact on them
• Communication at a lower level needs improvement
