“How to Make a Homemade Pan Cake”
First, dissolve a package of baking powder
and ¼ kl sugar in a 1 litre of cold water, slowly stir in 1 kl
third class flour until the mixture becomes sticky.
Next, pre-heat the pan in a moderate fire.
Then, grease the pan with 1 teaspoon cooking oil and let
it stay over fire for few seconds.
After that, slowly pour 1 cup of mixture on the pan at a
time. Let it stay for 1-2 minutes until cooked.
Finally, remove the cooked pan cake and serve.
