• We get wood from trees such as teak and oak.
• Wood is used to make houses, windows, doors, cupboards, tables,
chairs and pencils.
• Wood is also used to make fire.
• Plants such as cloves, ginger, tulsi, neem, and mint are use as
medicines.
• We get fibres from plants such jute and cotton.
• wet paper from plants such bamboo and pine.
• we get rubber from fluid sap of a tree.
• acacia tree is used to make gum, which is used to make glue.
• perfumes, soap, shampoos, and toothpaste come fro trees
• plants make our surrounding look beautiful, give us clean air
and provide us with shade.
