 This should be carefully agreed because if a product is launched at wrong time , it is most
likely to fail and experience slow growth. The product can increase more time before the
business start to generate profits
Agree costs and resources

 The service provider should consider the costs and resources required to introduce the
product into the market.
 If there are shareholders involved in the business , they should be consulted to agree in
the time frame that the business will be generating a negative income due to the costs and
resources required
 The service provider should agree on the resources required because the launching of the
service or product without other resources will not be effective
