Brief Narration
Initial investigation showed that on above cited DTPO, victim and witness #1 having a
conversation along P Narciso St., Brgy Corazon De Jesus, San Juan City. Then and there,
criminals in motorcycle suddenly appeared from their location, then one of the suspect
immediately alighted and at gun point shot Salvador three (3) times on different parts of his
body. After the incident, suspect managed to escape unharmed heading towards the direction
of Pinaglabanan St., while the victim immediately brought to San Juan Medical Hospital for
treatment.

Brief Narration
Initial investigation conducted on the given DTPO, the unidentified male suspect
pretending as customer/client of the Spa 101. Thereafter when about to pay at
cashier, suspect pulled out a hand gun from his black shoulder and later declared
"Hold-up" at gunpoint with intent to gain forcibly took the victims personal
belongings. After the heist, unidentified male suspect rode a black Yamaha Mio
bearing plate No 5002 QX. A get away vehicle speeding towards P Guevara St., and
lost from sight.

Brief Narration
It appeared that on the said DTPO, the two unidentified male suspects
on board in different motorcycle, one (1) Skydrive motorcycle, color
white and black with for registration and one Yamaha Mio
Motorcycle, color violet with registration license plate blocked the
victims path and at gun point declared hold-up and then divested the
victims of the personal belongings.

Brief Narration
The complainant walking at the corner of B Burgos St. and Pila St.
when the 2 suspects on board on motorcycle stopped beside her, and
suspect who is the back rider pointed a gun to complainant. The
suspect threw her pouch bag which was pick-up by another suspect .
upon receipt of information the C,SIDM dispatched the follow-up
personnel for the possible interrupted and apprehension of the
suspects. Upon reaching the Maclang St. the suspect the back rider
suspect fired 2 consecutive shots to PO2 Ronillo and when the
motorcycle of the police hit the speed meter and helmet . This
prompted the suspect to escape.

Investigation disclosed that 4 unidentified male suspects armed with handgun
force and intimidation upon person declared hold-up and took the one (1) Glock
pistol cal. 45 , One black unit Samsung Galaxy Note 2, P40,000.00 cash, CCTV
Processor, key of Montero, 2 ATM cards, 2 credit cards. After the heist, suspects rode
of their unidentified motorcycle heading towards Quezon City.

Brief Narration
When the victim walking along N. Domingo st.of this city , When she reached at
near corner Eustaquio St., Brgy Progreso, San Juan City, suddenly the suspect
appeared from behind using Motorcycle with force snatched the laptop bag
containing 3 units of cellular phone, C A black Samsung cellular phone, 150,000.00
cash, 650 US dollar, two ATM card (BDO and BPI, credit card Citibank Visa and
MetroBank and assorted pertinent documents.

GREENHILLS, SAN JUAN CITY . A MOTORCYCLE APPEARED FROM BEHIND AND WITH INTENT TO
GAIN FORCIBLY TOOK HER SHOULDER BAG WHICH CONTAINS 3K CASH, PRC ID, VOTERS ID

OPERATION “TARHETA”

This practice has been effective in informing the public of


the contact numbers of San Juan CPS personnel in the event
of a crime or an emergency requiring assistance.
TACTICAL MOTORCYCLE RIDERS
Motorcycles will be used by a trained Police Officer to render
patrol at the different crime prone areas to combat Motorcycle
Riding Criminals.

conclusion
• That Robbery is the highest number of incidents that
occurred in the period of January to June 2014 within the
AOR of San Juan City involving MCRC.
• That the MCRCs penetrates the AOR, mostly during
8:01 P.M. to 12:00 MN.
• That during the month of April and May there was no
recorded incident of MCRC, indicates the determination of
the San Juan CPS to eliminate and prevent the MCRCs.
• That most of the incidents, the suspects are still Unidentified and
At Large.
Recommendations
Recommendations
• Continuous and dedicated implementation of police
initiated and intelligence operations such as Oplan “Sita”,
Operation “Lambat”, and Operation “Tarheta” must be
undertaken to prevent the recurrence of crimes and to
deter would be criminals.
• Watch patrol in coordination with force multipliers must
also be reinvigorated to promptly address the increasing
number of crimes against property especially during night
times.
• Continuous patrolling of Tactical Motorcycle Riders
(TMR) to counter the MCRCs and to respond much faster.
• To intensify Police Operations and Intelligence against unidentified
suspects or groups.
