 The typical costumes of the Dominican Republic are normally white, with vermilion
red and navy blue decorations which are the colors of the National flag
 For women it tends to be a peasant blouse, with flaps on the sleeves, and a
wide ankle length skirt. Other times it tends to be a full body dress, but
keeping the long skirt wide and the peasant type blouse. They decorate their
hair with flowers
