SMART-check: Go into small groups of 5. Every group member is
responsible for monitoring one of the different Aspects of SMART-goal-
setting: 

1. Specific: is my goal Specific enough and


stated in Positive (not negative) terms?
2. Measurable: Will goal attainment
be measurable? How will I measure the
success or failure of my added value in
