Tasks are activities that are to be done or undertaken. These tasks are often to occur in the future but can
exist as activities that are overdue. These are activities such as emails, proposals to be created and other
business development activities or items related to the lifecycle and activities for an opportunity.

Event
Events are activities that have taken place. Events can be face-to-face customer business meetings,
presentations, phone calls and/or large conferences and tradeshows. Events can also include customer
events, exhibitions, large conferences and tradeshows. These are to be entered into the Salesforce
platform as soon as possible and ideally immediately upon completion.

When there are more than 1 country that are participating in an


opportunity as a "Performing Office".   This is how it can be split
between the 2 or more countries that are conducting the work
(which may be different than the contracting office).  The split
can be indicated in the side tile.

E.g: XYZ Company in Malaysia but the Inspectors from the


performing countries/regions are coming from Singapore and
Thailand to conduct the work.  Therefore, in the side tile, it can
be indicated that the Singapore has 60% of the work and
Thailand as 40% of the overall work
