The PIBG SJK(T) KAMPUNG SIMEE
has announced painting contest with theme
“Painting is my vision”.

Prize winner two age categories (7-9, 10-12,years old)

following a Jury decision in March 2020 on the event closing. :
 1st prize RM1000,
 2nd prize RM500,
 3rd prize RM200.
PAYMENT RM30.00
 CERTIFICATION will be given to all participants.
 SPECIAL GIFT will be given to all participants.
Note:

Contest is run by PIBG Members of SJK(T) KAMPUNG SIMEE.

Submit application form through the school or PIBG members.
Submission form deadlines is 15th February 2020
With the Payment RM30.00.
Final overall winners will then be chosen by an external art school Jury.

RULES:
 All entries by individuals must be sent to submit their application form through the school or SJK(T) KAMPUNG SIMEE PIBG members
 Within deadline and not direct to the another member which is not from your school.

 The Theme for the 2020 Contest is "PAINTING IS MY PASSION!"

 All entries from members  must be received at the SJK(T) Kampung Simee Office at the following address before 15th Feb. 2020:

 Eligibility: All children in the age groups shown below are encouraged to participate
in the Contest, even if they are related to officials or employees of the committee or any of its
member organizations.
 Age Groups: Entries will be judged in 2 categories junior and senior:
Group I - Junior Category (Date of birth between 1 January 2010 and 31 December 2013).
Group II - Senior Category (Date of birth between 1 January 2006 and 31 December 2009)

 Format: Medium: All artwork must be done by hand (or, in the case of handicapped children,
by foot or mouth).Any of the following media are permitted:
 Watercolor
 Acrylic
 Oil paint
 Indelible marker pens
 Felt-tip pens
 Soft ball-point pens Contoso Ltd.
 Indelible ink
 Crayola, or any similar indelible medium

RULES:
The following media are NOT permitted:
No pencil, charcoal or other non-permanent medium may be used.
No computer-generated artwork is permitted.
No collage work involving the use of photocopies is permitted.

Rule Of Thumb:


On contest day please bring IC for verification.
Committee got all rights to terminated contestant if found fake identity.

Invitation Letter
Dear Teachers,

 It is our great pleasure to announce the upcoming Painting Contest Challenge . On behalf of the PIBG Committee, we would like to invite
you and your students as well as your school to participate in this exciting and prestigious painting contest.  We are now inviting all primary
school and private Primary School students (Ages 7-12) to join the contest. The painting contest that challenges primary school students to
apply painting skills and concepts on art-world creativity in coloring &creativity. The painting contest inspires students to develop creative
painting skills, engage in thinking skills and utilize the talent , all of which are critical to a student’s future success in life.

 The painting contest period in SJKT Kampung Simee school is from 10am, on Saturday 28th & Sunday March 29th, 2020. Teachers & PIBG
act as facilitators who will register their teams and submit their form to respective pic in charge. 100 students from the same school (mixed
grades is fine). They will split into two session on same day or next day during the contest period to facilitate them with good manner and
safety as well .External professional judges will be invited to create fair judgement for all parties. Registration is RM30. More information
regarding contest registration, contest rules and awards selection can also be found at next slide.
 Both categories will have same amount of prize will be given, no sharing or splitting prize amount.

 We look forward to seeing great results from all the participants.  Due to the high expected participation rate, students are encouraged to
