Do-it-yourself FACE MASK

Guidelines:
1. The DIY FACEMASK Contest is open to all residents of Pozorrubio ages 30 years old
and below.
2. Face mask should be made as creative as possible using recycled materials or anything at
your house.
3. Participants are required make three (3) face mask with same designs.
4. Photos of materials used (1-3 photos), the finished product ( worn and not worn, 2-4
photos) and 1-2 minutes time lapse video while doing the face mask should be submitted
at skpozorrubio@gmail.com with the following details:
 Name
 Barangay
 Birthday
 Contact Number
 Facebook Name/Link
 Title
5. The entry should contain a brief description about how the product was made. It should
be 2-5 sentences only (Filipino only).

7. In sending your entry, you give the organizers the right to use your DIY Face Mask in
any advocacy, publication, and/or publicity purposes.
8. SKMF deserves the right not to accept or disqualify entries that do not follow the given
guidelines.
9. Deadline for submission of entries in until 11 PM of August 21, 2020.
10. Pictures will be posted on Pozorrubio Sangguniang Kabataan 2018-2020 Page on August
22, 2020.
11. For the People’s Choice, each HEART and WOW reaction is worth 1 point. Other
reactions are not counted. Reactions will be counted from August 22, 2020-August 25,
2020 7PM.
12. Winners will be posted on August 28, 2020. Top 3 shall receive cash prize and
certificate:
1st Place – 3,000.00
2nd Place-2,000.00
3rd Place – 1,000.00
13. DIY Facemask will be judged based on the following criteria:
 Originality – 30%
 Creativity – 30%
 People’s Choice – 20%
