Dear All,

We at Poornata Portal are back again to celebrate Children’s Day with you and your little ones!
We are confident that this year we will receive even more enthusiasm and love from you all.
The Children's Day Painting Contest will go live on 14th November 2023. The guidelines and
process for participating in the contest are enclosed. The paintings under each age category
must be submitted at the latest by 21:00 IST on or before 26th November 2023. For any
clarifications, please contact the Poornata Portal Team using the following subject line and
email ID.

CONTEST SCOPE

The Children’s Day, painting contest 2.0 is organized by Poornata Portal Team. Children of age
group 3 to 17 years of all India Management Cadre Employees of ABG are eligible for this
contest.

 RULES

1) The competition will be hosted online on www.portal.poornata.com/Pages/Home.aspx

2) The entries will be accepted online/digitally
3) Themes for the competition are:
• AVA – Aditya Birla Group’s Virtual Assistant (3 to 5 years)
• Nature
• Monuments
• Beautiful Memories
• Fictional Characters (Cartoons, Superheroes etc.)
• Sketch and Portraits
4) There will be 4 age group categories.
• 3 to 5 years
• 6 to 8 years
• 9 to 13 years
• 14 to 17 years
5) Each employee can submit maximum 5 entries (1 entry per child).
6) Artwork must be drawn on minimum A4 size paper/canvas.
7) There is no restriction on type of colours, any colour or sketching material can be used.
8) Entries will be accepted in JPEG, JPG and PNG formats with size up to 4 MB only.
9) The artwork must be a scanned image and not a photo clicked on mobile phone.
10) Use Adobe Scan or Document Scanner Mobile app to scan the painting and save in JPEG,
JPG or PNG format.
11) Each category will have 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners for best paintings.
12) Apart from category winnings, Mega Prize for the most liked painting will be rewarded
through lucky draw
13) The winners will be decided by the jury and their decision will be final and binding.
14) Winners will be contacted via email or phone call to confirm their winning.

16) As an organizer, all the competition entries will be hosted on Poornata Portal under
respective age group category.
17) All children participating in this contest will receive a digital participation certificate upon
upload of their painting on Poornata Portal

 ENTRY SUBMISSION PROCEDURE - STARTS 14TH NOV, 2023

Step 1: Login to Poornata Portal

Step 2: On homepage, click on Children’s Day Painting Contest 2022 half card.
Step 3: Click Add Entry > Enter Child’s name > Select Age Category > Select Theme
Step 4: Upload Scanned Painting (JPEG, JPG and PNG formats with size up to 4 MB only)
Step 5: Submit.
Step 6: Follow same procedure if you have another entry.
Step 7: You may use delete, sort and search function as per your requirement.
