Theme: Sa hardin ni Juan, nagkakaisang kabataan

Guidelines:
1 Open to all Puroks in Barangay San Isidro.
2 Entry to the Urban Gardening Contest is FREE of REGISTRATION.
3 Registration starts on August 26-September 3, 2020. We will send your Form
upon registration via email address: sksanisidrogsc@gmail.com or thru FB
messenger: Sangguniang Kabataan of Brgy. San Isidro. Late registration
will no longer be entertained.
4 First Five (5) to register will be the official entries for the contest.
5 Existing Vegetable/Plant Garden is acceptable. All vegetables/plants must be
planted on any of the following: plastics, containers, woods. Crates, cans,
recyclable and other indigenous materials.
6 The entry will be judged twice (2). September 11, 2020 and the final judging is
on September 18, 2020.
7 Ranking system will be used to determine the winner. In case of a tie, average
system shall be applied. Should there be a tie still in average, the board of
judges shall split the tie.
8 The decision of the adjudicators are final and executory, thus, no protest will be
entertained.
9 Winners shall be chosen by the judges based on the criteria provided below.

Criteria:

Creativity – use of recycle and indigenous materials - 20%

Variety of Vegetables - 30%
Condition of Plants - 25%
Present of composting area - 25%

Theme: Kwentong buhay-bahay quarantine sa Covid-19

Guidelines:
1. Open to all Kabataan in Barangay San Isidro.
2. Entry to the Video Vlogging Contest t is FREE of registration.
3. Registration starts on August 26 - September 3, 2020. We will send your Form upon
registration via email address: sksanisidrogsc@gmail.com or thru FB messenger:
Sangguniang Kabataan of Brgy. San Isidro. Late registration will no longer be
entertained.
4. First Five (5) to register will be the official entries for the contest.
5. The group must be composed of minimum of three (3) to eight (8) members.
6. The video must be three (3) to five (5) minutes in length.
7. The video must be in Filipino/Bisaya language.
8. The video must be connected to the theme.
9. The video will be uploaded on the SK-BSI Facebook page immediately after the
deadline of submission.
10. Ranking system will be used to determine the winner. In case of a tie, average
system shall be applied. Should there be a tie still in the average, the board of judges
shall determine the winner.
11. The decision of the adjudicators is final and executory, thus, no protests will be
entertained.

Theme: Make-up evolution kahit quarantine with proper hygiene

Guidelines:

1 Open to all LGBTQ+ in Barangay San Isidro.

2 Entry to the Online Make-up contest is FREE of REGISTRATION.
3 Registration starts on August 26-September 3, 2020. We will send your Form
upon registration via email address: sksanisidrogsc@gmail.com or thru FB
messenger: Sangguniang Kabataan of Brgy. San Isidro. Late registration
will no longer be entertained.
4 First Five (5) to register will be the official entries for the contest.
5 The make-up artist must wear facemask and gloves while doing the make-up.
6 The make-up artist must comply the health protocols and proper hygiene
(disinfect themselves and their tools). This should be presented on the video.
7 The video online make-up contest is 5-8 minutes length.
8 The video presentation must show the preparation from the beginning to end.
9 Ranking system will be used to determine the winner. In case of a tie, average
system shall be applied. Should there be a tie still in the average, the board of
judges shall determine the winner.
10 The decision of the adjudicators is final and executory, thus, no protests will be
entertained.

deadline of submission.

the materials allowed during the competition, to wit:
• ¼ illustration board (white background & vertical format) and a Mongol
pencil (to be provided by the contestant)
• Coloring material: oil pastel/craypas/ crayons, markers, ink, mixed media,
oil, acrylic and watercolor (to be provided by the contestant) *Use of
other materials not specified above is strictly prohibited.
6. The Poster must illustrate, interpret and emphasize the given theme.
7. Send us your video time-lapse seeing you while working your piece.
8. Ranking system will be used to determine the winner. In case of a tie, average
system shall be applied. Should there be a tie still in the average, the board of
judges shall determine the winner.
