Definition of Real Estate:

Real means visible, touchable and estate means land properties. Real estate
means land property or land and structure built on it which is visible,
touchable and intangible in nature but the ownership is transferable.

Real Estate Business:

The business which deals with the real estate buying and selling including
land development, construction with approval of legal authorities is called
real estate business.

Real Estate Engineering:

The branch of engineering which deals with planning, designing and
construction of real estate project is called Real Estate Engineering.

Types of Real Estate Project
There are two types of real estate project, such as:

Land Project:
• Residential plot
• Commercial plot
• Commercial and residential plot
• Industrial plot
• Institutional plot

Building Project:
• Residential apartment project
• Commercial building project
• Residential cum commercial building project
