1. The Conundrum
 Micromanager case study depicts the story of George Latour, CEO of Retronics whose duty is to
increase the company’s revenue. Being the CEO, George, in a way micromanages his employees,
with special interest when it came to Shelley, due to this, She feels in a way her capabilities and
calibre is undervalued, and which leads to diminishing performance at her workplace, which in
turn again stiffens George's micromanagement of Shelly’s work.

checking their work or thoroughly self-assuring twice. There by not giving a chance to some one to point at
